• Assistant Manager (P & A)/ Officer (HR) – HPLC/ Executive Trainee (HR): Possess Graduate Degree with Post- Graduate Degree/ Diploma in respective discipline.
• Assistant Manager (Legal): Possess Degree in Law.
• Assistant Manager (Technical)/ Officer (Technical): Possess Bachelor’s Degree in respective discipline of Engineering.
• Non- unionized Supervisor (F & A): Possess Graduate Degree with Intermediate Pass in Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.

Age Limit

• Manager (Finance & Accounts)/ Dy. Manager (Finance & Accounts): Not exceeding 40 years.
• Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts/ P&A/ Legal/ Technical): Not exceeding 35 years.
• Officer (Technical)/ Officer (HR) – HPLC: Not exceeding 30 years.
• Executive Trainee (HR): Not exceeding 26 years.
• Non- unionized Supervisor (F & A): Not exceeding 28 years.

Experience required for Manager (Finance & Accounts) and Other Jobs

• Manager (Finance & Accounts): 10 to 12 years.
• Dy. Manager (Finance & Accounts): 07 to 10 years.
• Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts/ P&A/ Legal/ Technical): 03 to 07 years.
