General Manager (P&A)-Candidates should have Graduate with Post- Graduate Degree/ Diploma (2 Years Duration) in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/ MSW.
Deputy General Manager (F&A)- Candidates should have Chartered/Cost Accountant
Assistant Manager (F&A)- Candidates should have Chartered/Cost Accountant
Assistant Manager (P&A)- Candidates should have Graduate with Post- Graduate Degree/Diploma (2 Years Duration) in Human Resource Management /Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ MSW.
Officer (Secretarial) Candidates should have -Graduate and Qualified Company Secretary with membership of the Institute of the Company Secretary of India.
Management Trainee- Candidates should have Chartered / Cost & Management Accountant
NUS- Candidates should have Diploma in Electronics & Communication/ Electrical Engineering from recognized University with professional qualification in Computer Hardware & Networking.
NUS-Graduate in Science or Commerce with Diploma in Computer application/ MCA or Equivalent.
Medical Officer-MBBS from a recognized University
Welfare Officer- Candidates should have Post Graduate degree/Diploma in Personnel Management /Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/HRD/HRM and candidate should have passed Viva Voce test conducted by State Labour Department
Welfare Officer- Candidates should have Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/HRD/HRM
DET- Candidates should have Diploma in Engineering from recognized University with Basic Knowledge in Computer Operations and Data entry in ERP
Officer (F&A)- Candidates should have Chartered/Cost & Management Accountant
NUS (Servicing)- Candidates should have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
NUS (Sales & Marketing)- Candidates should have Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with Min 70% marks in 10th & Minimum 65% in Diploma Engineering.
