Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) released the answer keys of the VAO (Village Administrative Officer) Exam which was held on 28 February 2016 (Forenoon). A total of 43612 candidates (one-fourth of the registered candidates were absent) appeared for the examination which was held in 101 centers.
The Commission had invited applications for recruitment to the post of VAO through a notification released on 12 November 2015. Applications were sought from candidates with a minimum qualification of S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies (or) to College Courses of studies and adequate knowledge of Tamil.
The examination was held on 28 February 2016 (Forenoon) and questions were asked from General Science, Current Affairs, Geography, History and Culture of India and Tamil Nadu, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, Indian National Movement, Aptitude and Mental Ability Test, General English and Basics of Village Administration.
The examinations were video graphed and a total of 15 flying squads were formed to check malpractices. Candidates who had appeared for the VAO Exam 2016 conducted by TNPSC can find the answer key at the link given below.
