The final merit list for admission into the MBBS/BDS courses in the state of Andhra Pradesh has been released by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences which is the conducting body of AP NEET 2018 Counselling.

The candidates who had appeared for the exams can check the list at the official website of the institute, ntruhs.ap.nic.in.

AP NEET Counselling 2018: Steps to download the merit List

  • Visit the official website ntruhs.ap.nic.in
  • Click on the activated link 'MBBS-BDS - Convernor Quota- College wise allotments'
  • A PDF file will open displaying the NEET rank, roll number and name of the candidates.
  • Check the document for your rank in the merit list
  • Download the PDF and save it for future reference.

The merit position has been provided as per NEET rank of the candidates after verification of original certification under competent authority quota.

AP NEET Web Counselling 2018

  • At the time of counselling (choice filling), candidates have to pay the counselling fee of Rs. 5000 through DD.
  • Candidates have to fill the choices of colleges/courses as per their preferences.
  • The choice filling will be organized in two rounds.
  • Candidates, who get admission in the 1st counselling & want to change their course/college, according to the merit, they can exercise their web options in 2nd round.
  • Candidates, who have not joined the college allotted in 1st counselling, they can also exercise web options in 2nd round of counselling.
  • The allotted seat of the candidate in 1st round counseling will be cancelled automatically on sliding to other colleges according to their option.

AP NEET Counselling 2018: Seat Allotment

  • After a few days of choice filling, the authority will release the list of candidates, who get a seat in MBBS/BDS courses.
  • The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of All India Rank, filled choices, category & availability of seats.

The admissions are conducted for admissions to the 4500 medical seats of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates who have qualified the NEET 2018 exam and had selected Andhra Pradesh for the state counselling can participate in the admission process.
