Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) under Ministry of Culture, Government of India invited applications for filling up 11 Group ‘C’ vacancies – 7 posts of Conservation Assistant Grade –II with the Delhi circle, 2 posts of Foreman (works) with the Dharwad circle and 2 posts of Conservation Assistant Grade –II with the Goa circle. Interested candidates should send their applications to the concerned ASI office by post so as to reach the concerned authority by the prescribed last date.

1. Conservation Assistant Grade-II: 7 posts
Vacancy with: ASI, Delhi Circle
Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2400 per month
Age limit:
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 25 years
Qualifications: Matriculation or equivalent with Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

2. Foreman (works): 2 posts
Vacancy with: ASI, Dharwad Circle
Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900 per month
Maximum Age limit: below 25 years
Qualifications: Matriculation or equivalent with experience in supervision of labour and/ or minor construction.

3. Conservation Assistant Grade-II: 2 posts
Vacancy with: ASI, Goa Circle
Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2400 per month
Maximum Age limit: below 25 years
Qualifications: Matriculation or equivalent with Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent and 2 years in-field relevant work experience.

Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview.
Interview letters carrying details about date, time and venue of the Interview will be sent to the candidates by the concerned ASI office.
