Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Manager (Finance)
- Qualification: Job seekers should possess CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree from a recognised University/ Institute.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least three years post qualification experience in a reputed industrial organisation /PSU, out of which minimum two years should be in the supervisory cadre in Finance and Accounts, Budgeting, Cost Control, Internal Audit, taxation matters, etc.
- Age Limit: The age of the applicants should not exceed 35 years.
Assistant Manager (HR & Admin)
- Qualification: Applicants should have Master Degree in Human Resource Management/ MBA (HR)/ Two year PG Diploma in Personnel Management from a recognised university/ Institute.
- Experience: Aspirants are required to have three years post qualification experience in a reputed industrial organisation /PSU, out of which minimum two years must be in the supervisory cadre in Human Resource Management, Personnel and General Administration.
- Age Limit: Candidates should not be more than 35 years old as on 1 January 2013.
Assistant Manager (Projects)
- Qualification: Candidates should possess BE/B Tech/ MBA/ PG Degree in Economics/ Science /Social Work from a recognised university/ Institute. Besides, graduates having two year PG Diploma in Management from a recognised university/ Institute can also apply.
- Experience: Applicants are required to have three years post qualification experience in a reputed industrial organisation /PSU, out of which at least two years must be in the supervisory cadre in Consultancy, Educational Projects, Educational Research, Statistical Studies, and Technician Vocational Education.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years as on 1 January 2013.
Application Fee
- The application fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs 100 and must be paid through Demand Draft from any nationalised bank in favour of EdCIL (India) Limited payable at Noida.
- No application fee for SC/ ST/ PH applicants.
