Eligibility Criteria for Authority for Advance Rulings Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Principal Private Secretary: candidate should be officer of central Govt. holding analogous post on regular basis or officer with 08 years regular service as Private Secretary in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500 (pre-revised) (revised : PB-2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600).
Senior Private Secretary: Officers of central Government holding Analogous posts on regular basis with 3 years’ service In the pay scale of Rs.6500-10500 or 07 year combined service in the pay scale of Rs.6500-10500 & 5500-9000 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department in stenographer cadre.
Private Secretary: : Officer of the central government holding analogous post on a regular basis, or With 3 year’s regular service in the Pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000 (per-revised) or with 6 year’s regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-8000 (per-revised)
Section Officer: candidate should be officer of central Govt. holding analogous post on regular basis in requisite pay scale and experience
Technical Assistant: candidate should be officer of central Govt. holding analogous post on regular basis in requisite pay scale and experience
Stenographer Grade-II: candidate should be officer of central Govt. holding analogous post on regular basis in requisite pay scale and experience
Junior Librarian: candidate should be officer of central Govt. holding analogous post on regular basis in requisite pay scale and experience
