• Medical Physicist: Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs. 5400
• Radiotherapy Technician: Rs. 10300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs. 3600
• Radiographer: Rs. 10300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs. 3600

Age Limit: (as on the last date for receipt of applications)
For posts at serial no. 3 to 6 and 12 & 13: not above 38 years
For Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Surgical/Medical Oncologist/Urologist: up to 42 years
(relaxable up to 52 years for all state/Cental Govt. employees)

NOTE: Retired faculty below the age of 65 years can apply for the posts mentioned at serial no. 1,2 and 7 to 11.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’performance in the Interview.  

Selected candidates must pass Punjabi Examination up to matriculation standard or its equivalent within one year from the date of joining.

The posts may be filled on contract basis if need be.

Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees is to be paid through a crossed Demand draft drawn in favour of ‘The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot’ payable at Faridkot

Amount of fees to be paid through DD:
i) For posts at Sr .No. 1 to 3 & 7 to 12: Rs 1500(Rs 750 for SC/ST category candidates)
ii) For posts at Sr. No. 4 to 6 & 13: Rs. 500 (Rs. 250 for SC/ST category candidates)

How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should send their duly filled in application forms along with attested copies of required certificates/documents/testimonials/mark-sheets and fee DD by registered post to ‘The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot’ so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 6 February 2014 up to 05.00 PM.

Candidates willing to apply for more than one post should submit separate application for each post.
