Educational Qualification

• Junior Officer (Electrical/ Electronics/ Site Operations/ Production/ Plant Operation): Possess Diploma in the respective discipline.
• Junior Officer (HR/ Stores/ Dispatch/ Commercial/ Central Pricing Desk (CPD)/ Operations/ Yard Operations/ HR (TCW)/ Sales & Marketing/ Warehouse Operations): Possess Graduate Degree in any discipline.
• Junior Officer (IT): Possess Graduate Degree in any discipline with Certificate Course and/ or Diploma in Computer Software/ Applications/ Hardware (wherever applicable).
• Junior Officer (Trust Funds/ Purchase/ A&F): Possess Graduate Degree in Commerce discipline.
• Junior Officer (Official Language): Possess Master’s Degree in appropriate discipline.
• Secretary to Director (Manufacturing Businesses)/ Deputy Manager (Sales): Possess Graduate Degree in any discipline.
• Deputy Manager (Official Language Implementation): Possess Post- Graduate Degree in Hindi.
• Head (Operations): Possess Engineering Degree with Post- Graduate Degree/ Diploma in appropriate discipline or MBA or equivalent.
• Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (Marketing & Key Account Relationship): Possess Bachelor’s Degree in concerned field.
• Assistant Manager (T&V): Possess B. Tech. Degree or BCA or B. Sc. in respective discipline.

Age Limit

• Junior Officer/ Secretary to Director (Manufacturing Businesses): Not exceeding 30 years.
• Junior Officer (Official Language)/ Deputy Manager (Sales/ Official Language Implementation)/: Not exceeding 35 years. Head (Operations)/ Assistant Manager (T&V)
