Eligibility Criteria for Officer (HR) Posts

Educational Qualification- Graduate Degree and MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

Experience Criteria – 1 to 3 years of experience will be preferred.

Age Limit – Max.25 years (age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per govt. rules)

Selection Procedure for Officer (HR) Posts

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in written test.
