Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Emergency Medical Officer: MBBS Degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India and Registered with the Punjab Medical Council/Medical Council of India.
- Lady Medical Officer: MBBS Degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India and Registered with the Punjab Medical Council/Medical Council of India.
- Dialysis Technician: 12th or equivalent with Science from recognized Board/Institution and Diploma in Dialysis Technician from recognized Institution.
Age Limit: Between 18 to 37years
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay Rs.1500/-(Rs.750/-for SC/ST candidates) for Sr. No. 1, 2 and Rs.500/-(Rs.250/-for SC/ST candidates) for Sr. No. 3 in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot.
How to Apply
Application Form, duly complete in all respect along with DD and self attested copies of certificates for proof of date of birth, marks sheet, degree, experience etc. should be sent to the office of the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot on or before 22 June 2015. Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of ________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
