Educational Qualification

Executive Cadre:

• Technical: Candidates should possess Engineering Degree.
• Finance & Accounts: CA/ ICWA/ Full Time MBA (Finance).
• Operations: Engineering Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical.
• Instrumentation: Engineering Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation.
• Mining: Engineering Degree in Mining with first class Managers certificate of Competency under MMR-1961.
• Civil: Engineering Degree in Civil.
• Electrical: Engineering Degree in Electrical.
• Executive Secretary: Full Time Graduation with Diploma in Office Management & Secretarial Practice/ Full Time MBA.

Age Limit

• Addl. General Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 50 years.
• Senior Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 46 years.
• Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 44 years.
• Dy. Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 42 years.
• Engineer, Accounts Officer, Executive Secretary: Upper age limit for the post is 35 years.

Selection Procedure for Addl. General Manager & Other Posts:

The method of selection will be based on interview.
