Chief District Medical and Public Health Officer, Rayagada Job Notification: Chief District Medical and Public Health Officer, Rayagada has invited applications for the MPHW, Staff Nurse and Pharmacist posts. Eligible and interested persons can apply for Chief District Medical and Public Health Officer, Rayagada Recruitment 2020 through the prescribed application format on or before 27 July 2020.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for temporary engagement of MPHW(F) on daily wage basis for engagement at COVID Care Home/COVID Gruhas of each Panchayat. In case of non availability of MPHW (F)s, the case of Staff Nurses as 2nd preference and Pharmacists as 3 rd preference will be considered.

Eligibility Criteria for MPHW, Staff Nurse & Pharmacist Job
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
- Multi Purpose Health Worker (MPHW): Must have passed HSC examination and Passed Health Worker Training course conducted by Odisha State Nursing and mid wives Board and duly approved by INC either Govt. or Private having ONC & having registration certificate. Age Limit: 21 years and Max. 37 years as on 30 June 2020.
- Staff Nurse: Must have passed +2 under HSE, Odisha or equivalent and passed Diploma in GNM course recognized Govt. or Private having ONC & having registration certificate from ONC. Age Limit: 21 years and Max. 37 years as on 30 June 2020.
- Pharmacist: Must have passed +2 Science under HSE, Odisha or equivalent and passed D. Pharma from any of the 03 Medical College of the state or AICTE approved private institutions and having registered the name under Odisha State Pharmacy Council. Age Limit: 21 years and Max. 32 years as on 30 June 2020.
