Office of the Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO), Subarnapur invited applications for recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse, Jr. Laboratory Technician, Jr. Radiographer and MPHW (F). The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 20 May 2016.
Under CDMO, Subarnapur Recruitment 2016, out of total 119 posts, 92 posts are for Staff Nurse, 10 posts are for Jr. Laboratory Technician, 02 posts are for Jr. Radiographer and 15 posts are for MPHW.
Eligibility for Staff Nurse: 12th passed in Science subject under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/equivalent and Diploma in General Nursing & Midwife Course from any of the three Medical college & Hospitals of the state/any other recognized private institutions duly approved by Indian Nursing Council & Examination conducted by the Odisha Nursing Council.
Eligibility for Jr. Laboratory Technician: 12th passed in Science subject under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/equivalent and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any other three Medical college & Hospitals of the state/any other private institutions recognized by Govt. of Odisha or all India Council of Technical Education.
Eligibility for Jr. Radiographer: 12th passed in Science subject under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/equivalent and Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology from any other three Medical college & Hospitals of the state/any other private institutions recognized by Govt. of Odisha or all India Council of Technical Education.
Eligibility for MPHW (F): 12th and passed Health Worker Female Training Course conducted by Odisha state Nursing and Mid Wives Board or passed out from INC approved institutions either Government or private and having Odisha Nursing Council registration.
Eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format and send the applications along with other necessary documents to the Chief District Medical Officer, Subarnapur. Last date of receipt of application is 20 May 2016.
