Eligibility Criteria for Manager & Other Posts

Educational Qualification

  • Executive Director/General Manager (HR): The candidate should be a graduate having minimum 55% marks and MBA/PGDM/PGP in Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks. He/she should have minimum 20 years of post-qualification work experience in the Human Resource Management. Degree in Law is desirable. Post Qualification Experience will be 18 years for General Manager – HR
  • General Manager (R&D): The candidate should have First class Master’s degree in Physics/Electronics or M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical. He/she should have minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience in R&D, preferably in Electronic Industry. Ph.D in continuation of post-graduation will be preferred (This period shall be counted in experience).
  • Assistant General Manager/Chief Manager (HR): The candidate should be a graduate having minimum 55% marks and MBA/PGDM/PGP in Human Resource with minimum 55% marks. He/she should have minimum 16 years of post-qualification work experience in the Human Resource Management. Degree in Law is desirable. Post Qualification Experience will be 14 years for Chief Manager – HR
  • Assistant General Manager (Product Development): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Electronics and Communication engineering. He/she should have 16 years of post-qualification experience in the field of design and development of Safety equipment, understanding of regulatory and Industry standards preferably for safety electronic systems for railways. Candidates having experience of embedded system design and Bluetooth and GPRS based system design will be preferred.
  • Assistant General Manager (Security Surveillance Group): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Electronics and Communication engineering. He/she should have 16 years post qualification work experience in the field of Project management, Business development, IT & Telecommunication, Data center, Video conferencing, Security, Surveillance, and System Integration etc.
  • Chief Manager (Microwave): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Electronics & Communication Engineering. He/she should have minimum 14 years of post-qualification industrial experience in Design & Development of Microwave & MMW components and systems. M.Tech degree in Microwave Engineering is preferable.
  • Chief Manager (Railway Systems & Production): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Electronics/Electronics and communication Engineering. He/she should have minimum 14 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing & assembling of Electronics system in an Electronic Industry.
  • Chief Manager (Materials Management): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks OR should be a Graduate and MBA/PGDM/PGP with minimum 55% marks, preferably in Supply chain management/Materials Management. He/she should have minimum 14 years of relevant post qualification experience.
  • Senior Technical Manager (Production): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks. He/she should have minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience and hands on experience on process improvement, six sigma and best quality practices etc.
  • Senior Technical Manager (Microwave): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Electronics & Communication Engineering. He/she should have minimum 12 years of post-qualification industrial experience in Design & Development of Microwave & MMW components and systems. M.Tech degree in Microwave Engineering is preferable.
  • Technical Manager (Quality Control: IPI): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Mechanical Engineering. He/she should have minimum 09 years of post-qualification experience in Quality Control and Design & Development of gauges, jigs, & fixtures for inspection of components and systems in Electronic Industry.
  • Technical Manager (Production): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks. He/she should have minimum 09 years of post-qualification experience and hands on experience on process improvement, six sigma and best quality practices etc.
  • Technical Manager (Quality Control: IGI): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Electronics Engineering. He/she should have minimum 09 years of post-qualification experience in Quality Control. Preference will be given to candidates from Electronic Industries.
  • Manager (Internal Audit & Taxation): The candidate should be a graduate with minimum 55% marks along with ICWA/CA with minimum 09 Years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Taxation and ERP Systems.
  • Technical Manager (Materials Management): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks OR should be a Graduate and MBA/PGDM/PGP with minimum 55% marks, preferably in Supply chain Management/Materials Management. He/she should have minimum 09 years of relevant post qualification experience.
  • Officer (ERP): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/MCA with minimum 55% marks. The candidate should have minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in ERP system. Candidates having qualification in Microsoft NAV, experience in accounting software will be preferred.
  • Officer (IT): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/MCA with minimum 55% marks. He/she should have minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in web based systems, software development for web based applications/ERP.
