Cement Corporation of India Ltd (CCI) invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Junior Management Trainee at Supervisory level in various streams. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 22 August 2014. The company was incorporated on 18 January 1965 with the objective of setting up cement units in public sector to help achieve self-sufficiency in cement production in the country.

Training Period: 18 months which can be further extended at the discretion of the Corporation.

Pay Scale

• Rs. 10000/- per month for 1^st year.
• Rs. 10500/- per month for remaining 6 months.
• Rs. 12500/- per month after training.

Accommodation:  Rs.3000/- per month for Metro/A1 Class Cities and Rs.2000/- per month for Other Cities.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidate should have Diploma in Engineering in the concerned discipline from recognized Indian University/Institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying exam.

Age Limit (As on 20 August 2014)

• Not exceed 27 years.
• Not exceed 50 years for departmental candidates.

Application Fee

• Candidates belonging to General/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs.400/- through Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Cement Corporation of India Limited’, payable at New Delhi.
• The SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of fees.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written examination and Interview.
