CENTAC JET 2014 Merit List Announced

CENTAC JET 2014 Merit List Announced:
CENTAC JET 2014 Merit List has been declared for admissions to the engineering courses in Puducherry. The Merit List contains the details like Merit No, Name, Marks Secured, Date of Birth and Category. The admissions to the various engineering courses will be as per the CENTAC JET 2014 Merit List.

CENTAC JET 2014:
There is no exam for admissions to the engineering courses in Pondicherry that were earlier through the CENTAC JET. Candidates may apply on the basis of their Class XII marks. Candidates from other states can apply for 15% of the seats on the basis of their JEE Main 2014 scores.

• Candidates appeared in the CENTAC JET can avail their rank by entering their Registration No or Application No.
• They can also download the complete Merit List for CENTAC JET 2014 for B.Tech. from the official website of the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC).
• Students will be called for counselling and admissions on the basis of the Merit List.
• The CENTAC JET 2014 Result specifies the Merit ranking of the candidates on the basis of the normalized marks of Class XII or equivalent.
• For all the candidates who are applying under the other State/UTs quota, the CENTAC JET 2014 Merit Rank will be based on the marks secured by the candidates in the JEE Main 2014.
• A separate CENTAC JET 2014 Merit List will be prepared for such candidates.
• Candidates who have secured cumulative negative marks in the JEE Main 2014 are not eligible for admission.
