1. Assistant Foreman (Electrical): 120 posts
Grade: T & S Grade C
Remuneration: Rs.19035.02 per month
Qualifications: Matriculation with Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Supervisor-ship Certificate valid for mines
2. E. P. Electrician (Excavation)/ Technician: 27 posts
Grade: Grade D
Remuneration: Rs.689.65 per day
Qualifications: Matriculation with ITI in Electrician Trade with Statutory Certificate and completed Apprenticeship Training.
3. Electrician (Non-Excavation)/Technician (DR): 158 posts
Grade: Cat-IV
Remuneration: Rs.649.69 per day
Qualifications: Matriculation with ITI in Electrician Trade and completed Apprenticeship Training.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 35 years (for SC/ ST candidates)/ 33 years (for OBC-NCL candidates)
No age limit for Departmental candidates & candidates of other subsidiary companies of Coal India Limited, who belongs to SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL category.
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the written test and Interview.
Short-listed candidates will be called for the written test to be held at Ranchi.
Application Fee: Non-Refundable application fee of Rs.100 (for OBC-NCL category candidates only) is to be paid through a crossed DD drawn in favor of “Central Coalfields Limited” payable at Ranchi.

On applying online, the system generates the application ID along with filled application (PDF). Candidates should take a printout of the online application and send it along with Fee DD in original and attested copies of required certificates/ documents/ testimonials to ‘The General Manager (Recruitment), Recruitment Department, 3rd Floor, Damodar Building, Central Coalfields Limited, Darbhanga House, Ranchi-834029’ by Registered Post/Speed Post so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 20 November 2014.
