- Educational Qualification
- Technical Examiner (Electrical)/ Technical Examiner (Civil): Officer of the Status of Executive Engineers in the Engineering Department of Government of India or Officers holds an analogous post in State Government Offices with the experience in Civil work
- Assistant Technical Examiner (Civil)/ Assistant Technical Examiner (Electrical)/Assistant Technical Examiner (SPIC): Officer of the Status of Assistant Engineers in the Engineering Department of Government of India or Officers holds an analogous post in State Government Offices with the experience in Civil work
- Junior Technical Examiner: Officer of the Status of Junior Engineers in the Engineering Department of Government of India or Officers holds an analogous post in State Government Offices with the experience in Civil work
