Vacancy details

Total vacancies: 6 posts

1. Project Scientist: 1 post

Remuneration: Rs. 22000 per month (consolidated)

Educational Qualifications & Experience required: M.Sc. with Ph.D. in Physics/ Chemistry/ Electronic Science/ Instrumentation/ Bio Engineering and 10 years relevant experience will be preferred.

2. Research Assistant: 3 posts

Remuneration: Rs. 12000 per month (consolidated)

Educational Qualifications & Experience required: M.Sc. in Physics/ Chemistry/ Electronic Science or B.E. in E&TC

3. Project Assistant: 1 post

Remuneration: Rs. 15000 per month (consolidated)

Educational Qualifications & Experience required: B.Sc./ B.Com. with knowledge of handling Accounts/ Admin work and tally with one year experience.

4. Peon: 1 post

Remuneration: Rs. 10000 per month (consolidated)

Educational Qualifications & Experience required: Knowledge of English with atleast one year experience of handling lab activities.

Selection Procedure

Election of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview.

The Interview will be held on 5 April 2014 from 11am onwards at Centre for Sensor Studies, Department of Electronic Science, University of Pune, Pune.

NOTE: The assignment will be with immediate effect and only for the project. It will be only till the tenure of the project i.e, till 31 March 2015.
