Around 16 lakh candidates appeared for the GSEB Board exams this year under Gujarat Board, out of which about 9.75 candidates were for SSC exams or class 10 and about 5.08 lakh students for HSC general stream and 1.17 lakh for HSC science stream examination.
The exams of Gujarat Board HCS Class 12 exams 2014 started on 13 March 2014. The science stream exam was started on 20 March 2014 and ended on 28 March 2014. As per records, Gujarat HSC Examination was conducted in about 158 centers and about 168 subjects were covered in the HSC exam.
