The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) conducted the Maharashtra Polytechnic Summer Examination in the month of April/May 2014 and today Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education has announced of Diploma Courses (Polytechnic exam) Results 2014. Candidates can now check their results at official MSBTE website www.msbte.com

Main function of MSBTE (Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education) is to design and develop the curriculae of Diploma, Post Diploma and Advanced Diploma Programmes, grant affiliation to the instructions running MSBTE's programmes, to Conduct academic monitoring of the affiliated institutions, through Curriculum Implementation and Assessment Norms (CIAAN), Organise faculty development training Programs e.g. content updating trainings, soft skills trainings, industrial trainings and management trainings, hands on skills trainings for polytechnic teachers, grant equivalence to the programmes offered by autonomous polytechnics & other organisations, Conduct examinations, declare results and award certificates and many more
