Class 12th PSEB Result 2015: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) will declare the result of Class 12 on 11 May 2015
In March, 3,50,600 students had appeared for the annual examinations, out of which 3,12,575 were regular students, while 35,025 appeared from open school.

As many as 1,97,250 boys and 1,52,650 girls appeared for the exam.
PSEB Class 12 result 2015 will be available on the website of the board and its head office in Mohali. It will also be sent to the respective schools.
Last year, PSEB board decided to give away cash awards to toppers securing first, second and third positions. In 2013, The Punjab government had launched Dr Hargobind Khorana Post-Matriculation Scholarship Scheme, ensuring scholarships to all poor meritorious students in government schools across the state. Under this scheme, Students getting 80% and above marks in their matriculation exam got Rs. 30,000 for Class 11 and Rs. 30,000 for Class 12.
The Punjab School Education Board conducted the Class 12 examinations 2014 for theory subjects from March 1 to March 23 while the practical examinations were held from February 15 to February 22. A total of 2.9 lakhs students appeared for the PSEB Class 12 exams 2014 with 2.52 lakhs students clearing the exam, giving a pass percentage of 84.42 per cent. The pass percentage of Class 12 exams 2014 is a marked increase from the past three years with the pass percentage of PSEB Class 12 exams 2013 standing at 78.97 per cent, Class 12 exams 2012 at 72.31 per cent and the pass percentage of Class 12 exams 2011 at 70.28 per cent.
Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), Chandigarh was founded in 1969 under a legislative act of the Government of Punjab to administer the curriculum taught in public schools in the Punjab state and conduct standardized examinations in addition to conducting administration of scholarships, and publishing of textbooks.
