Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission Main (Written) 2012 will be conducted from the 22 March 2014. The Main (written) exam will be of conventional type as given in the Detail Examination Scheme and in the short answer type question they will definitely ask about the major irrigation projects of the state.
The Irrigation Projects are the part of the life line of the State agriculture in the Chhattisgarh State. Chhattisgarh was carved out from the erstwhile Madhya Pradesh on 1 November 2000. The Chhattisgarh is moving very fast on the development path and hence water is an essential component for the agriculture as well as the Industry. Chhattisgarh has various small and medium irrigation projects on the various rivers flowing through the state.
