The official announcement for Chhattisgarh State Engineering Services Exam 2016 has been made. Candidates interested to apply can visit the official portal of the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) at psc.cg.gov.in. Applications can be submitted till 23 July 2016.
The Commission will conduct the Chhattisgarh State Engineering Services Exam 2016 for recruitment to 107 vacancies in Assistant Engineer posts for various departments. The recruitment drive will be held for recruiting eligible candidates in Public health Engineering, General Administration, Water Resources, Agriculture, Public Works, Energy, etc departments. Applications are invited from candidates with graduation in engineering and in the age limit of 21-30 years.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Written Test (phase I) and Personal Interview (Phase II). Only those candidates who qualify the Phase I can appear for Phase II selection process.
Prepare This Exam with Unique Study Materials
Written Test (phase I) will comprise of two question papers (Question Paper I and Question Paper II). The Question Paper I will be related to topics like General Knowledge, Basic knowledge about the State and reasoning. Question Paper II will be related to Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Agriculture. There will be negative marking. Each of the two question papers will carry a total of 300 marks and time duration of 2.30 hours will be allowed to the examinees. Personal interview will carry a total of 75 marks.
