Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Laboratory Technician (Blood Bank), Technical Supervisor (Blood Bank): 12^th with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biological Science before obtaining Diploma or Degree and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/Laboratory Techniques (DLT) or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT).
Counselor Blood Bank: Master/Post Graduation Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development.
ICTC Laboratory Technician: Graduation Degree/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
ICTC Counselor: Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing.
Counsellor (STI): Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing.
Kala-Azar Technical Supervisor (KTS): Science Graduate with Biology.
Staff Nurse -ARTC: BSc Nursing/GNM or ANM.
Medical Officer (MO-DTC) RNTCP: MBBS or equivalent Degree.
RNTCP Lab Technician/Sputum Microscopist: 12^th and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
District Programme Coordinator (RNTCP): MBA/PG Diploma in Management/Health Administration.
District PPM Coordinator (RNTCP): Post Graduation Degree.
Senior Tuberculosis laboratory supervisor (STLS): Graduation Degree with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
Statistical Assistant (DRTB Centre): Graduation in any discipline with Diploma in Computer application and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English & local language.
Counsellor (DRTB Centre): Graduation Degree or equivalent in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology.
Medical Officer (Full Time) for ULBs under NUHM: MBBS Degree.
Lab. Technician for ULBs under NUHM: 12^th with Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Staff Nurse – NUHM: GNM.
Facility Level Quality Manager: MBBS/Dental/Ayush/Nursing/Life Science/Social Science Graduate with Master in Hospital Management/Health Administration.
Lady Counselor (AFHC/Anwesha Clinic): Graduation Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development.
Immunization Volunteers (IVs): Any Graduate.
