Eligibility Criteria for Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager Job

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Assistant General Manager (Mechanical) -Candidate should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 15 years experience out of which at least 10 years relevant and hands on experience in the areas of Ship Building Ship Repair & EPC contracting, Shipyard Development OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 20 years experience out of which at least 15 years relevant and hands on experience in the areas of Ship Building, Ship Repair& EPC contracting, Shipyard Development, including but not limited to that listed below
• Senior Manager (Electrical) - Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years of experience / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 15 years experience in the areas of Shipbuilding/ Ship Repair/ Ports/ Heavy Engineering company/ Offshore Fabrication/ Other Marine Installations / Classification Societies and Marine related Electrical
• Senior Manager (Marketing - Marine/ Marketing Naval Architect) - Candidates should posses  degree Marine Engineering/ Naval Architecture Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University and minimum of 10 years post qualification managerial experience.

Age Limit

• Assistant General Manager (Mechanical)  - 50 Years
• Senior Manager (Electrical/Marketing - Marine/ Marketing Naval Architect) - 40 Years

Selection Procedure for Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager Job

The selection process will be held at Kochi. The method of selection will include a Power Point Presentation prepared by the candidates highlighting work experience, projects handled etc (duration of not more than ten minutes)followed by a Group discussion & Personal Interview. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their Qualifying Degree Marks (20% marks) Work Experience in the relevant job/area (40 % marks) Power Point Presentation (10 % marks) Group Discussion (10% marks) and Personal Interview (20 % marks).
