Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. General Manager (Project Engineering): Master (FG)/ Dredge Master Grade-I OR Degree in Civil Engineering OR M.Tech (Dredging & Harbour Engineering) from a recognized University.  Preference will be given to candidates having PG in Soil Mechanics/ Geotechnical Engineering/ M.Tech (Dredging & Harbour Engineering).
2. Company Secretary (GM Level): Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a degree in Law
3. General Manager (Marketing): Degree in Civil Engineering/ M.Tech (Dredging & Harbour Engineering) from a recognised University OR Master(FG)/COC/ COS/ Dredge Master –GR -I. Preference will be given to candidates having PG Diploma in Marketing Management or MBA from recognised University.
4. General Manager (IT): B.E/ B.Tech.(Computer Science/ Electronics/ ECE/IT)/ MCA/ M.Sc (Computer Science) from recognised University.
5. Deputy General Manager (O/P): Master (FG) COC/COS or Dredge Master Gr.I OR B.E/B.Tech in Civil engineeringOR M.Tech(Dredging & Harbour Engineering) from a recognized University
6. Deputy General Manager (Technical): MEO Class - I/ Dredge Engineer Grade-I OR B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Mech. Marine Engineering or its equivalent from recognised university.
7. Deputy General Manager (DDR): MEO Class-I/ Dredge Engineer Grade-I OR B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Mech. Marine Engineering or its equivalent from recognized university.
8. Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ MechMarine Engg from a recognised University OR MEO Class I/II OR Dredge EngineerGrade I/II OR Ex. Chief/ Master  Chief Engine Room Artificer (ERA) of Indian Navy.
9. Manager (Materials): B.E./ B.Tech.(Mech.)/ (Mech.Marine)/Electrical/ Electronics/ Production Engg from a recognised University. PG Degree or PG Diploma in Materials Management is preferred.
10. Manager (HR): Two years fulltime PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/ IR from a recognised University.
11. Deputy Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech.(Mech.)/ Mech.Marine from a recognised University.
12. Superintendent (Secretarial Services): Graduate in any discipline from recognized university with Secretarial Practice or pass in Stenography (English) exam with speed of 120 wpm and typing (English) speed of 50 wpm from any Govt. recognized Institute OR Diploma in Commercial Practices.
13. Assistants: Ist Class Graduate (Fulltime) from a recognised University.
