Eligibility Criteria for Department of Health & Family Welfare West Bengal Various Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

• Block Accounts Manager-Bachelor Degree in Commerce from any reputed University with basic knowledge of computer-especially in MS word, Excel, Power Point preferably Accounting package and reasonable typing speed
• GNM for NRC,Phansidewa Block-Pass B.Sc nursing course/GNM training course from any recognized institution . Candidate shoud be able to read, write and speak Bengali and Nepali
• Sahayika for NRC,Phansidewa Block-Higher Secondary pass. Good Communication and counseling skill in local language
• Cook, NRC- Higher Secondary pass
• STS-Bachelors degree or recognized sanitary inspector’s course. Certificate course in Computer Operation (minimum 2 months). Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two whleers
• District Programme Coordinator-MBA/PG Diplom in Management /health administration from a recognized institute/University. At least one year of work experience
• District PPM Coordinator-Post Graduate. One year experience of working in field of Communication /ACSM/Private partnership /health project/programmes. Permanent two wheelers driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler
• District Consultant (Quality Assurance)-MBBS/AYUSH/Nursing Graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration /health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent) with 2 years experience in Public health/Hospital Administration. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred
• District Consultant (Quality Monitoring)-Degree in Statistics with good academic record from a reputed University. Specialization in Biostatistics would be an added advantage. Previous work experience of Health /hospital would be preferred
• Quality Manager-MBBS/AYUSH/Nursing/Life Science/Social Science Graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration /Health Management with one year experience in healthcare  quality /formal quality of a quality system would be preferred. Fluency in English , Computer literacy, knowledge of government legislation and policies are essential
• Medical Officer-MBBS from a MCI recognized institute with one year compulsory internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council
• Lab Technician-Higher Secondary passed from a recognized board/institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/mathematics and Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology recognized by the State Medical Faculty /AICTE. Knowledge in Computer , MS Office , internet is required
• Computer Assistant-Graduate from any recognized University and having at least one year Diploma /Certificate course in Computer Application from any govt. registered institution
• Physiotherapist for CHC Clinic-Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T)

• GNM for NRC,Phansidewa Block-Not exceeding 40 Years and not less than 21 Years
• Sahayika for NRC,Phansidewa Block- Upper Age Limit 40 Years
• Cook, NRC- Upper Age Limit 40 Years
• STS-22years-40 Years
• District Programme Coordinator-22 Years to 62 years
• District PPM Coordinator-22 Years to 62 years
