Department of Posts,Postal Accounts Wing, New Delhi under Ministry of Communications and IT, Government of India, issued notification inviting applications for filling up 412 vacancies of Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO)at the Headquarters and with the postal Accounts Offices all over India on deputation basis. Pay Scale: Pay Band II of Rs. 9300 – 34800 with Grade pay of Rs. 4800.
Eligibility Criterion: Officers holding analogous or same post in various Central / State Government Offices on regular basis
Officers who have qualified JAO / SAS or equivalent examination;
Age limit: not exceed 56 years (as on the date of notification)
Mode of Recruitment: on Deputation basis.
Period of Recruitment: initially one year, extendable for 2 more years if required,(maximum 3 years)
