Directorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Employment & Training invited applications from the eligible candidates to fill up the following posts of “Deputy Director of Training (WT)” on Deputation Basis. No. of Posts: 05 (Five).

Educational Qualification/ Eligibilty Criteria:

Officer working under the Central Government or State Government

(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre/ department; or

(ii) with 05 years’ regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 2,200 – 4,000/- (pre – revise) Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- (PB – 3) plus Grade Pay Rs. 5,400 (revised) or equivalent; or

(iii) with 08 years’ regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 2,000 – 3,500/- (pre – revise) Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- (PB – 2) plus Grade Pay Rs. 4,200 (revised) or equivalent;  and

(iv) Possessing the educational qualifcations & experience prescribed as :

(a) Degree in Engineering/ Technology of a recoganised University or equivalent;  OR

(b) Diploma in Engineering/ Technology of a recoganised Board of Technical Education or equvalent in field / disciplines;    OR

(c) Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma in Sociology/ Social Work or Economics or Commerce or Psychology (Educational/ Industrial/ Vocational Guidance) or Computer Science or Business Administrative/ Management or Public Administration or Commercial Art or Home Science.

(d) 05 years or 06 years or 07 years relevant experience in relevant field with relevant qualification.

Age Limit & Relaxation:

The maximum age limit for appointment by transfer on deputation basis shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.

Pay Scale/ Salary:

Pay Band is PB – 1 and Pay Scale of Rs. 5,200 to 20,200/- plus Grade Pay  Rs. 2,800/- Per  Month.
