Directorate General of Employment & Training Notified Recruitment for 5 Posts of Dy. Director 2014

    Directorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Employment & Training invited applications from the eligible candidates to fill up the following posts of “Deputy Director of Training (WT)” on Deputation Basis. The candidates eligible for the post may apply within 60 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in Employment News.

    Details of Posts

    Name of Post: “Deputy Director of Training (WT)”

    No. of Posts: 05 (Five).

    Educational Qualification/ Eligibilty Criteria:

    Officer working under the Central Government or State Government

    (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre/ department; or

    (ii) with 05 years’ regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 2,200 – 4,000/- (pre – revise) Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- (PB – 3) plus Grade Pay Rs. 5,400 (revised) or equivalent; or

    (iii) with 08 years’ regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 2,000 – 3,500/- (pre – revise) Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- (PB – 2) plus Grade Pay Rs. 4,200 (revised) or equivalent;  and

    (iv) Possessing the educational qualifcations & experience prescribed as :

    (a) Degree in Engineering/ Technology of a recoganised University or equivalent;  OR

    (b) Diploma in Engineering/ Technology of a recoganised Board of Technical Education or equvalent in field / disciplines;    OR

    (c) Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma in Sociology/ Social Work or Economics or Commerce or Psychology (Educational/ Industrial/ Vocational Guidance) or Computer Science or Business Administrative/ Management or Public Administration or Commercial Art or Home Science.

    (d) 05 years or 06 years or 07 years relevant experience in relevant field with relevant qualification.

    Age Limit & Relaxation:

    The maximum age limit for appointment by transfer on deputation basis shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.

    Pay Scale/ Salary:

    Pay Band is PB – 1 and Pay Scale of Rs. 5,200 to 20,200/- plus Grade Pay  Rs. 2,800/- Per  Month.

    • Interested candidates may apply (in – triplicate) in the prescribed format along with the photocopies of relevant testimonials/ certificates and copies of up to date Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) for the preceding five years’ duly attested by a Gazetted Officer alongwith vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, statement of minor/major penalty, if any, imposed on the officer during the service may be sent through proper channel and may be forwarded to “Shri M.     • Candidates already employed in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Public Sector Undertakings (PSU)/ Departmental candidates should submit their applications through proper channel and “No Objection Certificate” from the employer.
    • The envelope containing the application must be super scribed in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____________________”.

    The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical/ Skill Test/ Interviews, which might be conducted by the administration.
