Recruitment Criterion: Officers of the central government
i. holding analogous posts on regular basis OR
ii. with at least 5 years regular service in the GP Rs.5400 OR 6 years regular service in the GP Rs.4800 OR 7 years regular service in the GP Rs.4600
AND having prescribed qualifications
