The written examination for the post of Customer Relation Assistant was held on 15 July 2012. The candidates successful in written examination had undergone Psycho Test conducted from 18 September 2012 to 21 September 2012. The interviews for the posts were held from 27 September 2012 to 4 October 2012. On the basis of performance in Written Examination, Psycho Test, and Interview, the candidates are shortlisted for Medical examination for Customer Relations Assistant (CRA).
