    Changing dates of interview

Instead of being happy with these things, try to assess what comes to you.

    Conducting interview in group

    There is no surprise if you have to through multi round interviews and group discussions. But, if final round of the interview is conducted the same way, then you need to be alert about the company. This reflects that the representatives of the company aren’t interested for the hiring of a best candidate but interested in using you as filler.  The candidates who put their points in loud voice get benefit in the group discussions.     Avoiding main issues, tasks, and target

    In the job interviews, the interviewers are generally focussed only on skills, office culture, career, and other important things related to the position.  But, if your interviewer keep his/her focus only on facilities such as holidays, canteen, and others, then understand that he is trying to conceal something. With doing this, he wants to get influenced and say yes.

    If the interviewer does not ask you what you expect from the company then think again before joining.

    Sudden change in the place of interview

    If the office of the company is in Delhi and you’re called for the interview in Mumbai, then you need to be alert. This may be the bell of danger. Most of times, the candidates are called for interviews at locations other than the city they residing in. You need to be alert if the is occupying an office at you city. Try to visit the local office of the company. It may be possible that the representatives of the company are hiding something important from you.

    Preferring personal work more than professional

    As a candidate, you have to face interviews with enthusiastically positive approach. With you approach, you easily achieve you targets. But, this doesn’t mean that you’re meant for always saying yes to your interviewer. You need to be more cautious, balanced, and though full when the person who is interviewing you begins praising you. Moreover, it reflects that your interviewer gives priority to her/his personal works more than professional. You need handle such situation with wisdom; otherwise your trip may be different after you join the company.
