ECIL invited applications for recruitment to the post for Senior Personnel Officer, Sr. Deputy General Manager, Deputy General Manager (HR), Deputy General Manager (Safety), Station Officer (Fire) and LDC/Typist.   • LDC/Typist – 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria for Senior Personnel Officer and Other Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Sr. Deputy General Manager (HR): first class Post Graduate Degree in HR/IR/PM or first class fulltime Diploma (Two years) in HR/IR/PM from reputed Institution or first class MBA with HR specialization from a reputed Institution. Candidate should have 18 years of experience in concerned field.

Deputy General Manager (HR): first class Post Graduate Degree in HR/IR/PM or first class fulltime Diploma (Two years) in HR/IR/PM from reputed Institution or first class MBA with HR specialization from a reputed Institution. Candidate should have 15 years of experience in concerned field.

Deputy General Manager (Safety ): A First class Degree or equivalent in any branch of Engineering / Technology with Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Central / State Government. Candidate should have 15 years of experience in concerned field.

Senior Personnel Officer: first class Post Graduate Degree in HR/IR/PM or first class fulltime Diploma (Two years) in HR/IR/PM from reputed Institution or first class MBA with HR specialization from a reputed Institution. Candidate should have 06 years of experience in concerned field.

Senior Personnel Officer (Corporate Communications): candidate should have completed Graduation with minimum 60% from a recognised university and PG Degree/Diploma (mass communication / journalism) from a recognised university. Candidate should have 06 years of experience in concerned field.

Station officer (Fire): candidate should have SSC or equivalent with certificate of Station Officer’s Course of the National Fire Service College or from CISF Fire Training Centre OR Graduate of the Institute of Fire Engineering India / London or B.E in Fire Engineering. Candidate should have 05 years of experience in concerned field.

LDC/Typist (Hindi): candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as one of the Subject with 01-year post qualification experience.
