    Eligibility Criteria for Various Mentioned Jobs:

    Educational Qualification:

    • General Manager (Tech)- Engineering Graduate preferably with 2 years MBA with certificate of Energy Auditor/Energy Manager from the BEE.
    •  AGM (Contracts & Procurement)- B. Tech in Electrical/E&C/Mech/Civil or Recognized postgraduate diploma in Material Management awarded by the Indian Associations of Materials Management of not less than two years duration.
    • DGM (HR)- Graduate with 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR or equivalent from a recognized university/institution.
    • Dy. Manager (Finance)- CA/ICWA
    • Dy. Manager (Legal)- LLB/Bachelor of Law (Full time)
    • Asst. Manager (Tech)- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Elect. Engineering (Elect. E&C/Mech) preferably with 2 years Full time MBA with certificate of Energy Auditor/Energy Manager from theBEE.
    • Asst. Manager (Finance)- CA/ICWA
    • Asst. Manager (HR)- MBA with specialization in HR/Post Graduate Diploma in HR from recognized institution /university)
    • Officer (HR)- MBA with specialization in HR/Post Graduate Diploma in HR from recognized institution/university)
    • Officer (PR)- Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism/Public Relations/Mass/ Communication (AICTE/ Govt. approved)
    • Officer (Finance)- CA/ICWA
    • Engineer (IT)- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology /Computer Science /MCA
    • Engineer (Tech)- AICTE/ Govt. approved Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mech. / Elect./ Instrumentation/Electronics &Telecommunication
    • Officer (Contracts & Procurement)- Recognized postgraduate diploma in Material Management awarded by the Indian Associations of Materials Management of not less than two years duration.
    • Assistant Accounts- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce preferably CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)
    • Assistant Gen- Graduate preferably with MBA
    • Assistant (Hindi Translator)- PG diploma in translation (Hindi) or PG diploma in journalism or MA in Hindi translation.
