Engineers India Limited (EIL) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Sr. Engineer, Dy. Manager, Manager, Officer and Sr. Officer. The candidates eligible for the post can apply online on or before 25 August 2014. EIL is a public-sector undertaking of the Government of India under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. It was initially set up in 1965 to provide engineering and related technical services for petroleum refineries and other industrial projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Senior Engineer/Deputy Manager/Manager - Offshore Pipelines (Engineering): Engineering graduate i.e. B.E./ B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical discipline.
• Senior Engineer/Deputy Manager - Construction (Safety): Engineering graduate i.e. B.E./B.Tech /B.Sc. (Engg.) in any discipline or B. Arch and Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety.
• Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts: Chartered Accountant OR Cost Accountant.
• Deputy Manager - Human Resource: MBA with specialization in HR or Personnel Management OR PG Degree or Diploma in HR/PM&IR/Labour Welfare OR Master in Social Works.
• Officer/Senior Officer/Deputy Manager – Legal: Degree in law from a recognized University/Institute.

Age Limit (as on 1 July 2014)

• Senior Engineer/Deputy Manager/Manager - Offshore Pipelines (Engineering): 35/40/45 years.
• Senior Engineer/Deputy Manager - Construction (Safety): 35/40 years
• Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts: 40 years
• Deputy Manager - Human Resource: 40 years

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in interview only.
