GAIL (India) Limited, Pata (Auraiya) invited applications for recruitment to 15 vacancies of Medical Professionals – SDMO, Doctors and visiting Consultants. Interested candidates should send their applications to the GAIL office so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 18 July 2014.

Total vacancies: 15 posts

1. Shift Duty Medical Officer (SDMO): 6 posts
Qualification: Graduate Degree (MBBS) with one year experience in Surgery/ General Medicine

2. Doctor (OPD): 1 post
Qualification: Graduate Degree (MBBS) with one year experience in Surgery/ General Medicine

3. Factory Doctor: 1 post
Qualification: Graduate Degree (MBBS) with one year experience in Surgery/ General Medicine

Candidates possessing Diploma in Industrial Medicine First Aid will be preferred.

4. Specialist Doctor (Pediatrician): 1 post
Qualification: MBBS with MD in the respective specialty/ DCH with one year post-qualification experience.

5. Visiting Consultant Doctor: 6 posts
(i) Ophthalmologist: 1 post
Qualification: MBBS with MS/ Diploma in concerned specialty

(ii) Orthopaedic: 1 post
Qualification: MBBS with MS/ Diploma in concerned specialty

Consultation Charges: Rs.1300 per hour

(iii) Ayurvedic: 1 post
Qualification: CCIM recognized BAMS

(iv) Homeopathic: 1 post
Qualification: CCH recognized BHMS

(v) Sonologist: 1 post
Qualification: Graduation Degree (MBBS) with MD/ Diploma in Radiology or Certificate course in Sonology.

(vi) ENT: 1 post

Qualification: MBBS with MS/ Diploma in concerned specialty

Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
