GATE 2025 Toppers List: The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) has released the GATE 2025 Topper List along with the results of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025, on its official website. The examination was held on February 1, 2, 15, 16, 2025, in two shifts. The exam was conducted at 235 designated test centres in 8 IIT Zones, namely IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee. Candidates who are in the top 90 percentile will be able to take part in the admission process at the top institutes of India, such as IITs, NITs, and IISc.
GATE 2025 plays a vital role in securing admissions to M.Tech, ME, and PhD programs in top institutes like IITs, NITs, and IISc while also serving as a gateway for recruitment in leading Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). A strong GATE score can unlock diverse opportunities, whether in higher education, government jobs, or research.

Due to the exam being conducted in two shifts, raw marks obtained by candidates were converted to GATE scores (percentiles) to ensure fairness. The GATE score is calculated as follows:
