Q: I am from Gujarat and applying for Agricultural Research Service Exam 2012. Can I write the answers in my local language Gujarati?
A: No, you can not write the answers in Gujarati as the question paper can either be answered in English or Hindi.
Besides this, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board has laid down some other general instructions that candidates should follow while appearing in the test to be held in January which are mentioned below:
- Candidates are required to write the answers in their own hand as no help of a scribe will be permitted to them whatever the condition may be.
- Marks will be deducted from the total score, if the handwriting of the candidate is not clear. Candidates therefore need to ensure that their handwriting is readable enough to avoid any negative marking.
- No marks will be awarded to the candidate for measly superficial knowledge.
- Moreover, examinee will be awarded credits on the basis of answers written in order, effective and correct expression and within the word limit in all subjects of examination.
