The graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) is heading towards a makeover from July 2012. The test will now have a new pattern which includes an integrated reasoning section of 30 minutes.

The new GMAT pattern will judge aspirants on graphical interpretation of data, analysing different types of information and evaluating outcomes. Any aspirant who can respond to the complex challenges present in the business environment will crack this test.

The GMAT at present has three sections which include analytical writing assessment, quantitative section and the verbal sections of three-and-a-half-hour duration. The new pattern will be of same duration but analytical writing section will only include one essay instead of two.
