Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh (GMC&H) invited applications for the post of Senior Residents and Other Posts. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 28 June 2016.
Under GMC&H, Chandigarh Recruitment 2016, out of total 104 posts, 59 posts are allotted to Senior Residents, 09 posts are allotted to Central Casualty Services, 27 posts are allotted to Demonstrator, 04 posts are allotted to Medical Officer (MO)/Lady Medical Officer (LMO) and 05 posts are allotted to Emergency Medical Officer (EMO).
Eligibility for Senior Residents/Central Casualty Services - Post Graduate Medical Degree i.e. (M.D/M.S./M.D.S/D.M/M.Ch/DNB) or equivalent in the concerned specialty (recognized by MCI and registered either with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council). If such candidates are not available in any particular specialty those with post graduate diploma can be considered. Post Graduate medical degree (MD Hospital Administration/MD General Medicine). If such candidates are not available in any particular specialty those with post graduate diploma can be considered
Eligibility for Demonstrator/ Medical Officer (MO)/Lady Medical Officer (LMO)- MBBS (PG degree/diploma holders shall be preferred)/M.Sc (Medical) in concerned specialty for non medical persons from Medical Institute/Faculty for Demonstrators
Eligibility for Emergency Medical Officer (EMO)-MBBS (PG degree/Diploma holders shall be preferred)
