Goa PSC Recruitment 2016 for 31 Veterinary Officer and Other Posts

Goa PSC invited applications for recruitment to the post for Junior gynecologist, Assistant Director Tourism, Senior Translator (Konkani), Superintendent of Fisheries, and Veterinary Officer. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 27 May 2016.

Under Goa PSC Recruitment 2016 out of total 31 posts, 01 post are for Junior Gynecologist, 02 posts are for Assistant Director or Tourism, 03 Posts are for Senior Translator (Konkani), 01 post is for Superintendent of Fisheries and 24 posts are for Veterinary Officer.

Eligibility for Junior gynecologist : candidate should have completed  A Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third  Schedule (other  than Licentiate qualification)  to  the  Indian  Medical  Council  Act and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in concerned specialty.

Eligibility for Assistant Director Tourism: candidate should have completed Degree in Tourism /Hotel Management/Hospitality, from a recognised University with 06 years experience in concerned industry with knowledge of Computer, konknai and should be aware about the history and tourist places of Goa.

Eligibility for Senior Translator (Konkani): candidate should have completed Postgraduate degree in Konkani from a recognised university with 05 years experience in translation.

Eligibility for Superintendent of Fisheries: candidate should have completed Master’s Degree in Fisheries  Science  or  Bachelor  Degree  in  Fisheries Science  or  Post  graduate  diploma  in  Fisheries,  Alternatively,  Masters Degree in Marine Science/Zoology/Marine Biology from a recognized University with 03 years experience in Fisheries  Science or  Bachelor Degree in Fisheries Science  or  Post  graduate  diploma  in  Fisheries, or which Masters Degree in Marine Science/Zoology/Marine Biology from a recognized University.

Eligibility for Veterinary Officer: candidate should have completed Recognised Veterinary qualification included in the First or Second Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act, should be registered with Goa State Veterinary Council, and should have knowledge of Konkani.
