    Eligibility Criteria:

    Educational Qualification:

    1. Additional General Manager/ Deputy General Manager: Candidate should have completed Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)/Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in Naval architecture / Electrical Engg / Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation along with 16 yrs post essential educational qualification completion experience (not below the rank of Commander with 17 years service of Indian Navy). Officers serving in Indian Navy may also apply. Naval Commander/ Captians (Engg/ Electrical/ Naval Architecture/ Naval Construction) can apply for AGMs/DGMs.
    2. Dy. General Manager(For MCMV Project): Candidate should have completed Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)/Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in Naval architecture / Electrical Engg / Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation with 13yrs post essential educational qualification completion experience. Officers serving in Indian Navy may also apply. Naval Commander (Engg/ Electrical/Naval Architecture/Naval Construction) or equivalent of Coast Guard can apply.
    3. Deputy General Manager (HR): Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time Regular MBA/MSW/PG Degree/Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM/IR / Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare/Labour Studies/Social Work.
    4. Senior Manager (Medical): Candidate should have completed MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India.
    5. Manager (Safety): Candidate should have completed Degree in Engineering(BE/BTech) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics and 01 year Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute (CLI) OR Regional Labour Institute (RLI) OR any other institute recognized by the State.
    6. Manager (Finance): Candidate should be Graduate and qualified Charted Accountant/ qualified from Institute of Cost Accountant of India.
    7. Assistant Manager (HR): Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time Regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies / Social Work.
    8. Assistant Manager (EDP): Candidate should have completed MCA OR Degree in Engineering with specialization in CS/IT/CSIT from a recognized University AICTE approved institution.
    9. Assistant Manager (Welding): Candidate should be Bachelor in Engineering (B.E)/Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in Mechanical / Welding.
    10. Management Trainee (Mechanical): Candidate should have completed Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) /Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in Mechanical with minimum First class or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
    11. Management Trainee (Electronics): Candidate should have completed Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) /Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in Electronics with minimum First class or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

    Selection Procedure:

    Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview/exam conducted by the organization.
