Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
• Naval Architect: Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Naval Architecture.
• Mechanical Engg.: Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
• Electrical Engg.: Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Electrical Engineering discipline.
• Electronics Engg.: Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Electronics Engineering discipline.
• Civil Engg.: Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Civil Engineering discipline.
• Industrial Engg.: Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Industrial Engineering discipline.
• Finance: CA / ICWA.
• Human Resource: MBA with Specialization in HR or Graduate with PG Degree in Social work/ Welfare/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relation/Personnel Management.
• Human Resource - Pay Roll: Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Computer Science/MCA.
• Assistant Company Secretary: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Age Limit
• Maximum age of the candidate should be 28 years as on 1 May 2014.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Selection Process
• Selection will be made on the basis of performance in test/Interview.
• Written Test/Interview will be conducted in the month of July/August 2014 at Kolkata.
