Educational Qualification:

• Manager (HR)/ Senior Manager (HR)/ Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (HR) :- Possess MBA (HR) or PGDBM (HR)/ MHRM/ MSW/ MLW in the respective discipline.
• Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (Administration) :- Possess Graduation Degree in any discipline.
• Manager (HSC) – BE/ B. Tech/ M. Tech Degree in the respective discipline.
• Officer/ Senior Officer (CSR):- Possess Post- Graduate Degree in the respective discipline.
