Eligibility Criteria for Non-Teaching Posts 2016
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Personal Secretary to Director – Master/Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government. Seven years’ experience with Under-Graduate degree/five years’ experience with Post Graduate degree in relevant field preferably in educational institution/Government/Semi Government/ Public or Private Enterprise/Firms. Proficiency in English and Gujarati Languages.
- Junior Section Officer – Master/Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government. Five years’ experience with Under-Graduate degree/Three years’ experience with Post Graduate degree in relevant field preferably in educational institution/Government/Semi Government/ Public or Private Enterprise/Firms. Good functioning knowledge of English essential.
- Junior Section Officer –Library – Master/Bachelor degree in library science from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government. Five years’ experience with Under-Graduate degree/Three years’ experience with Post Graduate degree in relevant field preferably in educational institution/Government/Semi Government/ Public or Private Enterprise/Firms. Good functioning knowledge of English essential.
- Senior Clerk– Master/Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government. Four years’ experience with Under-Graduate degree/Two years’ experience with Post Graduate degree in relevant field preferably in educational institution/Government/Semi Government/ Public or Private Enterprise/Firms. Good functioning knowledge of English essential.
- Office Attendant : Higher Secondary School certificate examination conducted by higher secondary education board or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. 3 Years’ Experience in relevant area preferably in educational institution/Government/Semi Government/ Public or Private Enterprise/Firms.
