The Handicrafts and Handlooms Exports Corporation of India Ltd., Noida invites applications from eligible candidates for filling up the following post of Chief Manager (Human Resource/ Administration/ Training) on Deputation Basis. The post of deputation shall initially be for the period of two years, which may be extended as per rules. The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 12 April 2014.

Educational Qualification/ Experience

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institute or Post Graduate in the relevant field from a recognized University/Institute. Requisite Experience in the relevant field like experience in managerial cadre of Senior Manager and above.

Age Limit  

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be between 58 to 65 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.

Pay Scale/ Salary

Pay Scale of Rs. 32,900- 58,000/- Per  Month.

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical/ Skill Test/ Interviews, which might be conducted by the administration.
