Eligibility Criteria:
Senior Private Secretary- Officers from Stenographer cadre under the Central Government holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or with two years' services in the grade, rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis..
Private Secretary- Officers from Stenographer cadre under the Central Government holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre r department or .with five years' service, in the , grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis
Stenographer Grade I- Officers from Stenographer cadre under the central Government holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or with ten years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis.
