- Assistants-Retired Deputy Superintendents/Assistants from the service of Haryana Government
- Protocol cum Liaison Officer-Protocol or Liaison along with graduation
- Public Relation Officer-PRO along with graduation

- Clerk cum Receptionist- Not less than 17 years and not more than 42 Years
- Assistants, Protocol cum Liaison Officer, Public Relation Officer -Not more than 65 Years
